Collagenase G/H PB220
This is the primary active enzyme. Collagenase specifically targets and breaks down the abnormal, tightly-packed collagen fibres that form scar tissue — the physical cause of pitted, tethered scars.
Once dissolved, the body replaces it with new, healthy collagen in a more natural arrangement.
Hyaluronidase (Lyase) PB72K
Lyase breaks down the polysaccharide matrix that surrounds scar tissue, improving connective tissue permeability.
This allows collagenase — and the healing environment created by hyaluronic acid — to spread evenly through the treatment area for comprehensive coverage of the scar.
Lipase PB500
Lipase targets the adipose (fat) tissue that often surrounds and contributes to deeper scar tethering.
By releasing fat deposits around the scar, it allows the scar bed to lift and reduces the “anchoring” effect that keeps depressed scars pulled inward.
The complete formula also contains high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HMW-HA), which has demonstrated anti-fibrotic properties in clinical research, and provides the optimal healing environment for the enzymes to work — supporting tissue regeneration while minimising inflammation.

Most clients notice a visible improvement in scar depth and texture about 15 days after their first session, as the initial scar remodelling cycle completes. Results continue to build with each subsequent session. For moderate to severe acne scars, the most meaningful improvements are typically visible after 3–4 sessions. You’ll see progressive change — not an overnight transformation.
We recommend a course of 2–4 sessions, spaced approximately 2 weeks apart. The number of sessions depends on the type, depth, and extent of your scarring. Mild superficial scars may show satisfying improvement after 2 sessions; more complex or deep scars will benefit from the full 4-session course. Downtime is minimal. You may experience mild redness and slight sensitivity in the treated area for a few hours after your session — similar to a mild sunburn. Unlike ablative laser treatments (which require 1–2 weeks of recovery) or subcision (which can cause bruising for up to 2 weeks), OZ Scarless allows you to return to daily life almost immediately. We advise avoiding intense sun exposure and strenuous exercise for 48 hours after treatment.
